At Audified s.r.o, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that help you shine through your music. However, due to the nature of our products – non-tangible and license-protected software VST plugins – we are unable to offer returns or exchanges after purchase. You can always try each of our products through a Free Trial before deciding on buying the product.

All promotional and discounted sales (such as Education, Refer-a-friend, and Upgrade discounts) are also final and non-refundable/exchangeable. All seasonal and promotional sales (such as Black Friday) are exclusive, time-limited, and non-refundable.

Please note that orders completed through our distributors, dealers, and partners are subject to their specific terms of service and therefore refund policy. Audified s.r.o will not help you with a refund of purchase through our distributors, dealers, and partners.
